I come from a long line of women who demonstrated to me what it really means to be a caregiver. I have chosen Alternative Touch Therapy as an outlet for my ability to promote self-care and platonic companionship. I have come to fully recognize the benefits of healing platonic touch to help ease depression, anxiety, loneliness, and I have experienced firsthand the positive impacts to a person’s general well-being and feelings of being appreciated and valued.
